Denise Schaffert

Denise Schaffert knows children and children’s clothes. A pediatrician by trade, Schaffert creates children’s clothes in her business, called “Just Imagine….”

“I've been sewing for about 30 years, so when a personal tragedy hit our family and I needed to work from home, I decided to start sewing children’s clothing,” says Schaffert, a Midland resident. “As a pediatrician, the idea of doing something for children was a natural fit. The creative outlet that sewing provides is invaluable to me. It’s a chance to use the other half of my brain, so to speak.”
